BRAYTRON products are fully warranted against the defects in materials and workmanship with a lifetime guarantee.
BRAYTRON provides warranty terms from 2 to 5 years from the date of purchase.*
Faulty products can be returned under the terms of warranty and return policy.
If any defect due to faulty product occurs within the warranty, BRAYTRON is responsible for repair or exchange.
Warranty is valid only provided that the product has been handled properly in accordance with the warnings, symbols and/or technical specifications indicated on the box or user manual.
BRAYTRON is not responsible for injuries and damages resulting from improper use of the product.

RETURN POLICY FOR FAULTY GOODS:
-Please ensure to keep an original receipt and original packaging of product.
-Please enclose a filled form describing your Company name, date of purchase and faulty issue.
-Please note that items purchased at a 3rd party or re-seller must be returned with filled form and original receipt and packaging at those locations and are subject to their return policy.
-Once faulty item is received from customer, it will be inspected and tested. BRAYTRON will proceed on repair or replacement once fault is found.
-BRAYTRON service team will notify the Customer once faulty product is received and about status of inspection.
-If inspection doesn’t identify any fault of product, product will be returned back to the Customer.
-Postal expenses for products replacement within or out of warranty terms are to be paid by the Customer.
RETURN POLICY FOR NON FAULTY GOODS:
-In case customer received an incorrect order with wrong items or wrong quantity, please contact BRAYTRON Service team within 7 days from Receipt.
-Please, provide detailed information on which item was missing or placed wrongly in the order, as well as items that were received in its place.
-Please, note that goods shall be received back in its original packaging, unopened, unused and without mechanical damages.
-After goods returned, BRAYTRON will pursue an inspection on received goods for damages and authencity.
-In case if inspection doesn't identify any damage, BRAYTRON will offer a refund, or credit note, or replace wrongly delivered items to customer.
-This policy is not intended to limit or affect Consumer's rights
RETURN POLICY FOR DAMAGED GOODS:
-In case if received goods came damaged, please contact BRAYTRON Service team within 7 days of delivery.
-If goods are claimed as damaged later that within 7 days after delivery, BRAYTRON has right do not compensate it to customer.
